I had a lovely time at Fairwood Lakes Holiday Park. The location was peaceful and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. Despite the small kitchen area, it had all the necessary appliances, including a spacious fridge/freezer. The staff on site were friendly and always ready to assist.
Although I wish there was better lighting along the path to the Floating Lodge, it didn't dampen my overall experience. Additionally, the seating in the lodge could have been more comfortable, with better support for relaxing evenings.

The location of this place is pretty cool, with nice views of the lakes and a peaceful atmosphere. the concept of staying in a treehouse cabin is also interesting and adds some adventure to the experience. the build quality of the cabins is good, giving you a sense of security.
To our stay. the check-in process was a bit inconvenient.

My partner and I stayed at Fairwood Lakes Holiday Park for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic time. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sunsets over the lake and a peaceful atmosphere. We stayed in a cozy and warm shepherds hut, which was both comfortable and adorable. The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the unique experience of staying in a boat for the night, which was small but surprisingly comfortable. a truly memorable and enjoyable stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect for our Easter getaway. We enjoyed the tranquil surroundings and the opportunity to relax in the beautiful countryside. the cabin was clean and cozy, offering a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. We particularly loved the jacuzzi, which provided a luxurious and relaxing experience after a long day of exploring.
There were a few aspects that could be improved. First, the bed area was quite awkward and difficult to access, with a sharp edge that posed a risk of injury.

What a unique experience! I recently stayed at a charming lodge at Fairwood Lakes Holiday Park and it was quite different from any other accommodation I've ever stayed in. The lodge was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely lake view. I loved the feeling of being surrounded by nature. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. Despite the size of the lodge, it was surprisingly comfy and had all the necessary amenities. The clean facilities, including the excellent new toilet/shower block, were a great bonus. The park itself was well-maintained and tidy. Although I couldn't enjoy the soft play due to the weather, I can understand that these things happen. However, I recommend having some indoor activities for guests during the evenings. And while the cafe had delicious food, a greater variety and more affordable options would have been appreciated. I had a unique and fun experience at Fairwood Lakes Holiday Park and would definitely recommend it.

The view across the lake in the morning when the sun is rising was stunning. the staff were welcoming and friendly. the location had a variety of walks and hikes close by.
Initially, we were shown to a glorified garden shed that wasn't pictured on the website. the team was unprofessional and were swearing in the office.

Fairwood Lakes Holiday Park is a beautiful little holiday park that offers clean accommodations and friendly staff. the fully equipped Florence Shepherd's Hut was perfect for our relaxing stay. the location is amazing, with easy access to attractions such as Longleat, Bath, and Cheddar Gorge. the hot tub in the hut was clean and the water was hot enough. We definitely recommend this park. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 😊.
